The Graduate Program in Counseling (GPC) seeks adjunct instructors to teach graduate courses within the Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) program. The GPC is an applied graduate program designed to educate and prepare students for licensure as professional counselors. The GPC prioritizes evidence-based and multicultural counseling practices across the curriculum and expects all instructors to be competent in these areas and have expertise in the specific content of the courses they teach. Instructors may need to instruct courses online or in-person. Arcadia's GPC is accredited by MPCAC and offers a Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) with seven specialty concentrations, along with dual degrees with other graduate programs, advanced graduate certificates, and advanced programs for licensure preparation. MAC students are expected to complete a 100-hour Practicum and 600-hour Internship experience. To prepare graduates for the field, the GPC curriculum emphasizes applied training with repeated opportunities for students to practice counseling skills through assignments, especially via role-play exercises.

Arcadia's College of Arts and Sciences offers programs in science, technology, math; humanities; visual and performing arts; communications; and historical and political studies. These programs prepare students to be leaders in a global society by providing opportunities to exhibit, perform, and publish on campus and in the Philadelphia area. The campus has a variety of outlets to support the arts and sciences, including art galleries, a literary magazine, and an online academic journal.
